Interested in running the state’s health care exchange but behind on the application? You’re in luck.

The Connecticut Health Care Exchange has extended the deadline for candidates to apply to be CEO of the quasi-public agency, which is charged with developing a marketplace for buying health insurance as part of federal health reform.

Applications had been due Wednesday, but the deadline is now Dec. 1.
