Gov. Dannel P. Malloy is back on the D.C. shuttle, this time to keynote an energy summit in Arlington, Va.

His staff announcement says he is addressing the “Transportation Energy Partnership’s 2012 Energy Independence Summit, where he will discuss clean energy solutions and how the state and municipalities can partner to improve the state’s clean fuel infrastructure and increase clean fuel vehicle capacity.”
