Kaiser Health News posed this question to a range of health care experts: If you could only change one thing about Medicare to control costs, what would it be and why?

The experts, including former Connecticut U.S. Rep. Nancy Johnson and Aetna CEO Mark Bertolini, offered a range of answers, but many focused on moving past Medicare’s fee-for-service payment structure.
