Atlantic Bridge: Spectra has just filed its formal application for the project. It’s less than half the size originally planned due to commitments backing out. It replaces small sections of pipeline in Connecticut and upgrades a few compressor stations. Completion is expected in November, 2017. Algonquin/Spectra
