Joshua Frazer, of East Hartford, chants “Gov. Lamont, free them all!” during an in-car protest staged in front of the governor’s mansion in Hartford Monday calling on Gov. Ned Lamont to release prisoners under threat of COVID-19 infection. Frazer is a volunteer with the Katal Center for Health, Equality and Justice, a group that fights for justice reform. About 30 cars formed a long line in front of the mansion blowing their horns and chanting during the 45-minute protest. Several family members of incarcerated individuals and representatives from other community groups took part. Cloe Poisson / CTMirror.org
