Protestors gather at the corner of Capitol Avenue and Washington Street during a rally at the state Capitol Wednesday calling for the reopening of barber shops and hair salons along with the other businesses that reopened in the state today after being shuttered by the state on March 16 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Gov. Ned Lamont is requiring barber shops and hair salons to remain closed until June 1.
