Gov. Ned Lamont held a press conference at Gay City State Park in Hebron Thursday morning with DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes to lay out the protocols that will be in place for the summer in regards to the use of the state parks. Swimming will be prohibited at inland beaches, such as the one at Gay City, but will be allowed at shoreline beaches.
