Background: Reynolds grew up in a Navy family in Ledyard, a town now best known as the home of the Foxwoods Resort and Casino. He was a member of the town’s Board of Education and Town Council. From 1989 to 1994, he was an aide in the Hartford office of U.S. Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman.
