The wind turbine towers lined up at the Connecticut State Pier in New London sat right where they were for a month after President Trump ordered work stopped on Revolution Wind. It has since restarted, but there’s no guarantee it will be finished. It’s also very unlikely the region will get to build all the offshore wind it had hoped for to help meet future energy needs.
