Concepcion was born in Puerto Rico, and lives in Hartford. He graduated from University of Connecticut in 2004. Concepcion’s career experience includes working as the vice president of Hartford Partnerships for the MetroHartford Alliance. He served as chairman of Hartford Crime Stoppers, chairman of the Young Professionals Taskforce and is an active board member of Camp Courant.
