Mark DeCaprio lives in Lebanon, Connecticut. DeCaprio served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He earned a B.S. in biology from Eastern Connecticut State University and an M.P.H. from the University of Connecticut. DeCaprio’s career experience includes working as a microbiologist with the Connecticut Department of Public Health Laboratory Division, a division director with the State Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, and an administrator with the State Emergency Response Commission.
