Bob Duff of Norwalk is the Senate majority leader. He was elected to the first of two terms in the House in 2000. He was elected to the Senate in 2004.

Duff earned his B.A. in political science from Lynchburg College in 1993. His professional experience includes working as an Intern for United States Senator Christopher J. Dodd, Substitute Teacher for Norwalk Public School from 1993 to 1995 and Realtor for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty since 1995. Duff was a Field Coordinator for the 4th District of the John Larson for Governor Campaign in 1994.
