The House of Representatives won’t begin its final day of the 2010 session until 1 p.m.
After staying until 6:01 a.m. to pass an energy bill, House Speaker Chris Donovan gave everyone the rest of the morning off.
The Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee meets at 12:30 p.m. to adopt revenue estimates, then the House and Senate are expected to debate the budget.
Session adourns at midnight.
