The state Supreme Court today issued a one-line order denying a request by Tom Foley’s gubernatorial campaign for an injunction blocking Michael C. Fedele from spending his public financing.
The court has granted Foley an expedited appeal. Foley also was denied by a Superior Court judge.
Foley’s lawyer, Daniel J. Krisch, said there was one dissent.
Oral arguments on his appeal are scheduled for Tuesday at 11 a.m.
