Representatives from Access Health CT, the insurance marketplace created by the federal health reform law, will be answering questions at events in five cities in the coming weeks.

The “Healthy Chats” are free but people have been asked to register. You can do so by clicking here.

Meriden: Tuesday, Aug. 13, 6 to 8 p.m., Meriden Public Library, 105 Miller St., Meriden.

Waterbury: Tuesday, Aug. 20, 6 to 8 p.m., City Hall, 2nd floor, 235 Grand St., Waterbury.

New Britain: Thursday, Aug. 22, 6 to 8 p.m., New Britain-Berlin YMCA, 50 High St., New Britain.

Bridgeport: Wednesday, Sept. 4, 6 to 8 p.m., Housatonic Community College, 900 Lafayette Blvd., Bridgeport.

Hartford: Saturday, Sept. 7, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Hartford Public Library, 500 Main St., Hartford.

Arielle Levin Becker covered health care for The Connecticut Mirror. She previously worked for The Hartford Courant, most recently as its health reporter, and has also covered small towns, courts and education in Connecticut and New Jersey. She was a finalist in 2009 for the prestigious Livingston Award for Young Journalists, a recipient of a Knight Science Journalism Fellowship and the third-place winner in 2013 for an in-depth piece on caregivers from the National Association of Health Journalists. She is a 2004 graduate of Yale University.
