What comes to mind when you think of insurance companies, hospitals, doctors and nurses?

A market research poll for the publication The Morning Consult asked voters for their impressions of various parts of the health care system. The results might not be shocking, but they offer a stark visualization of what groups get public sympathy, and which ones don’t.
