In the rude awakening of the Westminster attack, my Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is bringing our nationwide True Islam educational campaign countering extremism to our Constitution State’s Capitol on Thursday.
The dynamic interfaith and interdisciplinary symposium features representatives from the Department of Justice, Congress, Senate, our Baitul Aman “House of Peace” Mosque in Meriden’s leadership, and hopefully your organization.
It clarifies 11 misunderstood values of Islam to help stem the rising tide of ignorance and hatred plaguing our era and outlines Islam’s true peace-loving practice of love, loyalty, service, and moderation; core values that unite all Americans.
Discover how True Islam enriches our great country during our exhibition in the Legislative Office Building’s Concord hallway from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Collaborate with us in Room 310 of the State Capitol Building for our keynote address at 3 p.m to bridge the gap of 62 percent of our fellow compatriots not knowing a Muslim. This will be a unifying deliberation of pragmatic and patriotic proportions that you won’t want to miss.
Let’s come together to actually “make America great again” by living our motto “love for all. hatred for none.”
