2009 The city of Hartford released results of a survey about downtown real estate vacancies and shows that 21 percent of all units are vacant, accounting for 40 percent of total retail square-footage. Pratt Street has a significant number of vacancies which is reflected in the windows of the empty storefront at 55 Pratt St. showing vacant buildings across the street.
