When workers have a voice on the job and a seat at the table, they can finally negotiate on a level playing field.

Solidarity is not a noun. Solidarity is a verb. It requires action. It compels us to seek common ground and support union members; to empower wage workers in the struggle for better pay, pension, and healthcare.
