We were hopeful that legislators would at last review the law which has been in effect for the last 30-plus years yet has done very little to create affordability in Connecticut’s 169 towns and cities.

Bullying the residents of Connecticut and pushing for ineffective state mandated zoning legislation will not fix the lack of affordable housing in Connecticut.
