Angelica Garcia and her husband Enrique Negreros, stand in their restaurant, El Nuevo Sarape, a Mexican restaurant in Hartford’s Frog Hollow neighborhood, that is only open for take-out during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though the take-out business is very slow they hope to hang on.
