<p>There actually is bill language, a fiscal note and a bill analysis available on the $291 million Jackson Laboratory project. It’s<a href="http://cga.ct.gov/asp/cgabillstatus/cgabillstatus.asp?selBillType=Bill&amp;bill_num=1401&amp;which_year=2011" target="_blank"> all available here.</a></p>
<p>The $516 milliion jobs bill <a href="http://cga.ct.gov/asp/cgabillstatus/cgabillstatus.asp?selBillType=Bill&amp;bill_num=6801&amp;which_year=2011&amp;SUBMIT1.x=9&amp;SUBMIT1.y=14" target="_blank">is online</a>, but not the fiscal note or analysis.</p>
