Gov. Ned Lamont joined officials in New York and New Jersey in announcing the closure of cinemas, bars, restaurants and other venues Monday.

His first year as Connecticut’s governor could’ve taken a toll (pun intended), but Ned Lamont says he’s “energized” and “getting younger.”
