Attorney General George Jepsen is seeking information from patients who were charged “facility fees” by health care providers. Patients who were charged facility fees without receiving notice or weren’t told what the fees would cost can submit complaints using a form available through the attorney general’s office. Jepsen to appeal rebuke of Rowland in labor case to U.S. Supreme Court
Attorney General George Jepsen, a former union lawyer and Democratic state chairman, said Thursday he will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a union victory that came at the expense of an old Republican nemesis, former Gov. John G. Rowland.
