WASHINGTON – Financial disclosure forms show Mark Greenberg, a Republican s vying for the 5th District congressional seat, has paid a $610,000 judgment leveled against him by a Canadian court for a real estate dispute and Rep. Elizabeth Esty, his Democratic rival, received between $30,000 and $100,000 from her interest in an Iowa tool and dye company last year.
