Malloy pleads for man awaiting kidney transplant and deportation

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy rallied Thursday with other public officials, immigrant advocates and demonstrators in support of Nelson Omar Rosales Santos, a Honduran man whose deportation was stayed for six months while he awaits a kidney transplant. His lawyer says the man, the husband of an American and father of three U.S. citizens, needs a full year for doctors to go ahead with the life-saving surgery.
